1980 Corvette 500HP 700R4 Restored Beauty
sold for 18,000 buy it now
It's hard to sum up this car. I bought it several years ago as just a regular 1980 corvette. Since then I've restored just about every portion of this car. Most everything has been replaced with new and/or upgraded parts. I have a receipt book that totals over $24,000 in parts. The most recent addition is the engine that I just finished for it. It's a GORGEOUS 383 stroker that pulls incredibly strong from idle through 7500rpm, I haven't put it on the dino yet but I built it to have 500HP at the crank. It's a full roller motor to help keep it street able. I upgraded the brakes to slotted and drilled rotors with upgraded o-ring sleeved calipers. The hood is custom built out of California, keeps the stock lines with a little cowling so I could put the taller intake manifold and keep the engine compartment cool for optimum power. Everything works on the car including the A/C, it's not currently hookup up but can be if you would like. There are only a couple things wrong with this car. 1. I disconnected the A/C with this new engine, but have all the brackets powder coated black and with a new compressor all that is necessary is to hook it back up! 2. I never got around to fixing the windshield wipers, they work but need to be re-wired. 3. There is one small paint chip on the front driver side quarter panel (it's filled in with touchup paint so you can hardly see it), I bumped it with the engine dolly and the driver side door very bottom corner has a small crack. I had the paint done by a custom hot rodder in Oklahoma, incredibly beautiful Torch Red. The interior is black consisting of new leather seats, door panels, carpet, steering wheel etc. The sound system is absolutely incredible, I have Boston Acoustics in the front, Infinity Kappa's in the rear and two 10" Rockford Fosgate subs all powered through a Pioneer Premier touch screen (IPOD hookup in the glove box) DVD player. There are so many things that I have done to this car, way too many to list. I can talk for hours about the hundreds of hours and way too many thousands of dollars making this car awesome!! I have the mileage listed at 300 miles, this is the total mileage on the engine, 700R4 transmission(built by Mad Dogg Tranmission) and most other suspension/steering parts I do not know the actual mileage of the vehicle as it's 29 years old. The odometer shows 21,433. Please email or call for inquiries, 208-695-8316 or email@example.com. I have a full list (Excel Spreadsheet) of all upgrades and new gadgets put on it, I also have many pictures covering every angle you could want to see! If you would like to take a look at the list please email me and we will email the list to you.
