1977 Project Corvette
eeeek!

Ebay description:
You are bidding on a 1977 Corvette in need of overall restoration. I purchased the car on E-Bay with plans of restoring it. I've recently purchased a 4 speed car and am going to restore it instead. This car came from Georgia and was owned by the same individual since 1988. He stated that it had developed a transmission seal leak and they parked it. It then set up for over 10 years. It was stored inside, however it appears the Georgia critters like Corvettes as well. The frame, floor pans, and trailing arms have only surface rust. I could not find any frame damage. The body is very straight for the age. There has been a repair on the left rear quarter behind the wheel. I found this once it was in the air. The drivers door has a rust spot in the front lower edge, probably a drainage issue. The upholstery is history. I purchased it as numbers matching and it appears correct. The engine is the L48, Code V0504CLA 17S43 4887. It has a Holley Street Dominator, Holley carburetor, and headers. I have the fan and exhaust manifolds that go with it. I pulled the plugs and oiled the cylinders. The engine rotates freely. The windshield is cracked, the rest of the glass is good. Tires hold air, but are weather checked. Tail light lenses are weathered with stress cracks in some. I do not have the A/C compressor. I have a clear Georgia Title in hand. This car is going to need to be gone through to make it road worthy. The pictures provide the best description. I have tried to be as thorough as possible, to include putting it on a lift for pictures. Winning bidder will need to send a $500 deposit within 24 hours of auction close. Balance is due within 7 days of auction close. I am flexible on pick up times. I have had good luck using uship.com for moving vehicles. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. Vehicle is for sale locally. Seller reserves the right to end auction if item is sold.
