Vehicle Description
For sale is a 1978 Chevrolet Corvette. This
car has the Silver Anniversary package. This option
includes the two-tone silver paint along with sports
mirrors and aluminum wheels. Other options on the car
include:
- L82 engine (350ci, 220hp)
- 4 speed manual transmission
- T-Tops
- power steering
- power brakes
- power windows
- air conditioning
- tilt-telescoping steering column
- AM/FM/CB radio with power antenna
The
battery and radiator were replaced in 2005. Also the
brakes have been replaced with stainless steel calipers,
new master cylinder and DOT 5 fluid. This is a numbers
matching car that was appraised at $14,500 two years ago.
The car still has the original body/paint and there are
some marks on it. I have tried to show these as best I
could in the pictures. The only item on the car that I
know to be non-original is the radio. The previous original
installed the AM/FM/CB radio from another 1978 Corvette. I
do have the stock AM/FM radio that came with the car. I
reserve the right to end the auction early as this car is
also for sale locally.
